TKO Miller, a leading middle market investment bank, today announced that Trachte Building Systems Inc. (“Trachte”), an industry-leading provider of pre-engineered metal buildings and roll-up doors used in the storage industry, has acquired MakoRabco, a nationwide company that specializes in the design, supply, and construction of self-storage buildings, from New State Capital Partners.
TKO Miller initiated the transaction and acted as the exclusive investment banking advisor for Trachte, working closely with the Company’s management team and board throughout the sale process.
