TKO Miller Advises Power Test in its Acquisition of SuperFlow Technologies/Hicklin Engineering
Power Test Inc., based in Sussex, Wisconsin has acquired Iowa-based SuperFlow Technologies/Hicklin Engineering. TKO Miller advised Power Test on the acquisition.
“The acquisition of the SuperFlow business added complementary technology and several new end markets,” said Joe Froehlich, Managing Director of TKO Miller. “SuperFlow has traditionally specialized in the performance automotive markets, which will nicely complement Power Test’s strengths in the mining, marine, energy, construction and aerospace markets.” Product lines that SuperFlow/Hicklin will add include Hicklin’s heavy-duty transmission test stands, Axiline’s precision automotive transmission test stands, and SuperFlow’s engine and chassis dynamometers.
“Completing this acquisition was a long, hard road,” said Alan Petelinsek, Chief Executive Officer of Power Test. “Nonetheless, we are extremely excited to begin working with the high quality team and business operations of Hicklin/SuperFlow to expand our respective market position and continue to delight our customers.”
