Our office has two designated collaboration spaces to brainstorm and collaborate with team members. Sometimes, we also use that space to watch March Madness basketball.

Your opinion and insight matters! Our work is done in deal teams. If you are a loner that doesn’t play well with others, you will not like it here. All members of our team are encouraged to share their thoughts and ideas.
Hands-on Experience
Sure, not all junior level tasks are exciting, but because we expect you to learn on the job, we actively involve you in all parts of a transaction from day one. Yes – you will be meeting business owners the first few days you are here. No – you won’t be giving them advice.

TKO Miller has a generalist focus but a strong industry specialization in several applications, including manufacturing, business services, consumer products, and industrial products and services.
